Tammy is an independently Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is CPR certified. She has also graduated with Honors from the University of California - Santa Barbara with a degree in Communications and a minor in Exercise and Sport Studies.
Tammy has run in several half marathons including the Long Beach Marathon, OC Marathon, and the Great Race of Agoura. She also enjoys cycling, hiking, snowboarding, and healthy cooking. Tammy strives to make a positive difference in her clients’ lives and is committed to helping them achieve their goals. Tammy specializes in Weight Loss, Strength Training, Endurance Training, Core Strength Training, and Pre- and Post-Natal Training.
Tammy has also completed the following courses through NASM: Core Training, Balance Training, Flexibility Training, Reactive Training, Resistance Training, and Senior Fitness Training.
Jessica is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, is CPR/AED Certified, and has an extensive background in many areas of fitness including: cardiorespiratory & weight training, Pilates, Barre, Yoga, & of course boot camp. She enjoys incorporating a little bit of everything from her background into each boot camp workout, and will customize each personal training plan to fit client’s individual goals. Jessica loves being outdoors, and spends her free time horseback riding, hiking, biking, kayaking, stand-up-paddle boarding, ice-skating and running. She recently completed the 2013 Beach Cities Challenge, running three half-marathons within the year.
Jessica is committed to providing the best experience for all personal training and boot camp participants. She believes in making fitness a fun, positive experience while getting a great workout that achieves results. Jessica is truly passionate in helping others become healthier, feel better and reach their fitness goals. She offers a straightforward and results-oriented approach to health and fitness for all levels and age groups.
Kat is a self proclaimed cardio junkie! She loves to run, cycle, and practice yoga. She fell in love with weight training when she saw the incredible results it provided. Growing up in Nebraska, Kat was able to be involved in everything from swimming to racquetball. Her two biggest loves ended up being soccer and dance. Teamwork and positivity in every aspect of wellness is very important to her. Her love of music brings out her wild side when teaching and you may even catch a (not so) sick dance move! Kat and her new husband Joel love to travel. They live in Aliso Viejo with their mutt Diego. Her classes are high energy, positive, fun and effective. Let’s do this!
Fitness is a fashion statement! That’s Kisha’s motto and she’s joined Total Training to help others feel that same way. Kisha holds a National Personal Trainer Certificate through NESTA (National Exercise and Sports Association) and she loves creating a fun, dynamic, and encouraging atmosphere where everyone feels like they can accomplishment their goals. As a Habit Formation Coach and over 15 years in the self development industry, Kisha has used her passion and expertise to help people create healthy and positive habits in every area of their life. Having been a foster mom to dozens of at-risk teen girls, Kisha knows how to use her energy to make just about anything fun whether it’s a meal, chores, or that dreaded workout. She enjoys getting people excited about fitness, in fact, she lead over 500 people in a Group Fitness Paddle Boarding Lesson breaking a Guinness World Record in order to raise awareness for a charity helping young girls become the best version of themselves through healthy choices. Kisha will gladly help you put the FUN in fitness!
Joel is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and CPR/AED certified. Fitness is his biggest passion in life and he loves helping others achieve their fitness goals. Joel has been an athlete his entire life and and is a long time martial artist. He has acquired a wealth of knowledge from numerous areas that he incorporates in his fitness training. When he is not in the gym, Joel enjoys the beach, trail running, hiking, camping and spending time with his family.

He prides himself on challenging his clients while providing a fun and positive environment. Amanda is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona with a degree in human physiology. While there, she competed on the Track and Field team and received the Most Inspirational Athlete Award. She also holds a Master’s in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Biomechanics from the University of Northern Colorado.
Along with personal training and coaching high quality bootcamps, she has served as a faculty member and taught at the university level, worked in physical therapy, and developed unique fitness and wellness programs for corporate executives.
Amanda loves teaching and helping others reach their health potential with fitness and diet. When she is not teaching, she loves spending time on the beach with her two children and husband.
