What do I need to bring to Boot Camp?

You will need to bring the following:

  • One set of 3-8 lb. dumbbells
  • An exercise / yoga mat
  • A water bottle
  • Gym towel
  • Purchase Receipt (this is auto-emailed to you)
Since we meet outdoors, we advise dressing in layers (you will get warm), and don’t forget to wear sunscreen, comfortable gym clothes, and athletic shoes.

How long is the boot camp?

Boot Camp Sessions are typically 1 month in length, but can vary.  Session length may change due to time off for holidays, etc.  If session is less than 1 month your fees will be prorated accordingly.

Boot Camp Classes are 60 minutes in length.

What can I expect from a normal day at Boot Camp?

Our Orange County Boot Camps are 60 minutes in length and are a mix of strength training, cardio, and circuit training into 60 minutes of PURE FUN! Boot Camp classes vary daily to continually challenge new groups of muscles, ensure the best results, and keep the routines fresh and exciting. You will participate in a range of cardiovascular activities and resistance training, such as Cone Drills, Lunges, Squats, Obstacle Courses, Push-ups, Jumping Jacks, Weight Training, Mat Work, Sprints, Jump Rope, Running (short distances), Stability Ball/Medicine Ball Training, Stretching, and many other fun and exciting activities that add up to a killer workout! Can I join the Boot Camp at any time?

How long will it take before I see results?

You will see general performance improvements in as little as a few boot camp sessions. Don’t worry, after starting Boot Camp, many people realize how fun and convenient our Fitness Boot Camp is and want to sign up for more days. They also realize that they will achieve greater results if they attend more often. In these situations, we will simply pro-rate the additional fee from the time you decide to sign up for more days. What do I do if I need to miss a class?

We understand that unpredictable situations can arise, so you can make up any missed classes within the 1 month boot camp session. You can make up the missed class by attending more often per week than your purchase dictates or by attending more than one class in a day. Missed classes need to be made up within the time frame of the session that you purchased.  If you are unable to make up your missed classes as outlined, we will offer a credit for the missed classes towards your next boot camp purchase up to 50% off of the purchase price.
 

Where do I park for the Boot Camp?

There is ample free parking surrounding all of our Orange County Boot Camp locations.
 

Do we still meet for Boot Camp if it rains?

Yes, we meet rain or shine so please come dressed appropriately.  The Heritage Park Boot Camp meets at Tustin Sports Park under the gazebo when it rains.
 

What if I have an injury?

Please let us know immediately so we can advise you on how to alter the exercises in order to prevent further injury. Or if the injury warrants it, recommend Personal Training.
